New Stories

I have a few new stories out. In the February issue of Outside, look for my story about Mt. St. Helens. The title is "Eruptus Interruptus," which I didn't make up, but I do endorse.

In the Nov/Dec issue of Preservation Magazine (published by the National Trust for Historic Preservation), I have a short house about my family's former home in Darlington, South Carolina. That one is called "Tara Redux," about which I was not consulted.
